The cost of building our no-kill shelter is approximately $500,000.00, and this is beginning to end. This cost will include the shell construction of the animal shelter, insulation, exterior doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, well drilled, sewer plant, heating and cooling, cement inside and outside, outside area fencing around property and exercise area, interior rooms and doors, commercial washer and dryer, commercial dish washer, and many more items needed to fill the rooms so that when we get it build, we will be able to accommodate the animals which will enter within.
